At Mide Candles, we take pride in handcrafting and packaging our candles with care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and if any issues arise, we are here to help.

Damaged or Broken Items

If your candle arrives damaged or broken, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. Once we review the details, we will issue store credit for the value of the damaged item, which can be used toward a future purchase.

Order Issues & Other Concerns

If you experience any other issues with your order, such as receiving the wrong item or concerns about quality, please contact us via by filling out the form on our ”Contact Us” page. We assess concerns on a case-by-case basis and will work with you to find a fair resolution.

Cancellations & Refunds

As our candles are made in small batches, we do not offer refunds or accept cancellations once an order has been placed. Please double-check your order details before completing checkout.
